相當詳細的介紹美英日的法規內容及其立法精神與判例，讓欲從事國際商務貿易事業的企業能有一個倫理遵循的參考標的，幫助讓員工在外國商業競爭中，避免誤觸法律，造成商業損失與裁罰。
