About this ebook
我國離婚制度設有兩願離婚及裁判離婚之方式，若當事人未能協議以兩願離婚之方式結束婚姻關係，則須透過法院裁判離婚，惟裁判離婚須有法定情形存在始得為之，如此規定之方式是否妥當？離婚而生之子女親權酌定或損害賠償等種種問題，亦為實務案件常觸及之議題。本次選錄數篇文章，介紹與討論我國之離婚法制規定，期能更完備相關制度處置。
